pklok Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the pklok platform and all services under it. pklok is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi users. By registering on the platform or using its services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

The following rules must be strictly followed when depositing and withdrawing funds at pklok.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests apply only to verified accounts.
• The withdrawal method should preferably match the deposit method.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed until any active bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.

pklok offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Accepting these bonuses automatically makes the following terms applicable.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified number of days from the date the bonus was issued, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

pklok is able to detect any misuse of the bonus policy, such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or attempting to fulfill bonuses through unauthorized methods. In such cases, pklok reserves the right to close the relevant account and void all associated winnings including the bonus.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in the interest of maintaining a fair and safe environment on the pklok platform.

Technical Abuse

• Operating on the platform through any software, bot, script, or automated method.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or hacking.
• Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes or odds.
• Accessing from a prohibited jurisdiction by concealing your location via VPN or proxy.

Financial Abuse

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using an account for the purpose of chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Conducting financial transactions under a false identity.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's payment account.

Behavioral Violations

• Threatening, harassing, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other users or pklok staff.
• Spreading false information or rumors against the platform.
• Helping minors create or use accounts.

pklok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• For security reasons or at the direction of legal authorities.
• Upon a self-exclusion request by the user.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting pklok support. Withdrawal of a verified balance in accordance with the rules is possible prior to account closure.

All content on the pklok platform — such as logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of pklok.

• Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content from the platform without pklok's written permission is prohibited.
• The pklok brand name or logo may not be used for any third-party purpose.
• Content from third-party game providers integrated into the platform (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) is subject to their own intellectual property rights.

pklok strives to ensure a seamless and secure environment to the best of its ability. However, pklok accepts no liability in the following circumstances.

Technical Disruptions

• Service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues or technical faults.
• Damage caused by issues with third-party software or systems.

User's Own Losses

• pklok is not responsible for financial losses resulting from gambling.
• Leaking or misuse of account information due to the user's own carelessness.
• Complications arising from transactions conducted through a third party.
